		<description>And not just that... violate a stereotype (usually the negative one, because the positive stereotype applies to folk who work somewhere else) and people get upset because they &quot;don&#039;t know what to expect.&quot;  This is great if you&#039;re &quot;real analytical and technical&quot; like Robert McNamara or Theodore &quot;The Unabomber&quot; Kaczynski, but not if you&#039;re social, function independently and generally healthy.  Being admonished to &quot;be yourself&quot; when you are or chastised for not being able to do math like Rain Man (not to mention stuck doing such work just  because you&#039;re &quot;real smart&quot;)  is damn aggravating.</description>
