		<description>Well, one&#039;s supposed do things to the &quot;best of your ability&quot; :) ... but, anyway, a lot of this is probably relative to the observer.  A motivated gifted person will probably been as perfectionistic, whether her or she is obsessive or not, by everyone else.  And, yes, there sure are gifted folk for whom this is a problem-- though probably not at a different rate from the rest of the population-- but they&#039;ll definitely do it bigger and better.</description>
